Here at Time Saver Maids we like to take a (low tech) approach to our business. We still do things the old fashioned way, we use paper to leave a receipt and make invoices.  We try to clean with a level of customer service that keeps our customers coming back, time and time again. We have more customers from referrals then from advertising or any other form by far, about 90% of our customers are from referrals. In 1996 through 1998 we have spent a whopping $354 on advertising. Reason, we just don't need to. Founder Stephanie Taylor made is very clear early on, " Maid service is a way to get both your chores done without the effort and gain back the time to do the things you enjoy! " and we have stuck by that saying and it has served us well. It's true, Time Saver Maids gives you an excellent cleaning and time to do what you like to do, not clean.

Time Saver Maids was founded by Stephanie after caring for her two small children, was looking to have her place cleaned.  What she found was there were too many "BIG BOX" companies that charged and arm and a leg to service her home, which would have led to a second job. The other issue she had was there were too many "Fly-by-night" independents with no responsibility or training. So, with that in hand, Stephanie set out to start a company that would be lower cost then the Charge You Too Much Happy Maids and better trained and more accountable then Maria Somebody's Cleaning down the street on Frankslist or some flyer at the laundromat.
